Though contact with water doesn’t harm the quality of the rings, avoid contact with liquids for maximum durability.

• Order Processing and Shipping: Orders are usually processed on weekends and shipped on Mondays. Orders placed after 4:00 pm ET on Sundays will ship after Monday.
• Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage for domestic orders takes up to 5 days (excluding Sundays), with international orders potentially taking 26 days. Processing time is 1-7 days and doesn't factor into the delivery estimate.
• Rush Orders: Choose the corresponding delivery method for rush orders and note the urgency. Consider leaving a tip for accommodating rush orders. USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days, is the fastest option.

• 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. 
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (the order confirmation/order number).
• Initiating a Return: Contact via email at my.persona.btq@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to personA at 35 Carleton Ave, Brockton, MA 02301.
• Costs and Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs. Use a trackable service; responsibility isn't accepted for lost items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Damages and Issues: Report defective, damaged, or wrong items immediately for evaluation and resolution.
• Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, custom products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
• Exchanges: The quickest method is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item.
• EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For items shipped to the EU, a 14-day return period without justification is available, adhering to similar return conditions.
• Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Contact if over 15 business days pass after approval without a refund.
